Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Advanced Daily Health. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, pack, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier's network.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather events, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.

3. Delays & High-Volume Periods

During holidays, promotions, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works to fulfill orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

5. Shipping Locations

At this time, Advanced Daily Health ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

6. Problems With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Advanced Daily Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
