At Advanced Daily Health, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email advanceddailyhealth@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to request return instructions and the return shipping address.

  2. Ship your unopened product back using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Email us the tracking number once the return shipment has been sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at advanceddailyhealth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)

Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not returned in their original packaging

  • Returns initiated more than 10 days after delivery

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (if applicable)
